Role Overview: 

As a Client Success (Account) Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our healthcare clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services. Your role involves building strong relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing solutions that meet client needs. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and Grow Accounts: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring long-term retention. 

  • Drive Revenue: Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value. 

  • Client Advocacy: Understand client needs, deliver custom solutions, and proactively resolve concerns. 

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Execute personalized account strategies aligned with revenue goals. 

  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Billing, Ops) to ensure seamless client service. 

  • Use of CRM Tools: Track interactions, update client records, and manage pipelines via Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms. 

  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor the healthcare compliance industry and use market insights to drive strategy. 

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of B2B sales, client success, or account management experience 

  • Experience in healthcare or multi-location service industries is a plus 

  • Proven ability to grow existing accounts and build trust 

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills 

  • Comfort using CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc. 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience
